Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
• Gaining understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.
• Developing insights from data, creating reports, and presenting results to a wide range of audiences.
• Utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant experiences and recommendations to the management team.
• Regularly using data, statistical and quantitative analysis, data modeling, and evidence-based management to drive decision-making.
• Guiding less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects, and presenting to the management team.

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficient in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
