Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional inquiries or concerns.
  • Assisting existing customers with product and service questions, suggesting relevant information about other products and services that may meet their needs.
  • Processing policy change requests, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Currently hold a Property & Casualty License or a Life & Health License (arenaflex will provide study material for candidates who do not currently hold an insurance license).
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to growth and development.
  • Ability to pass a credit and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
