Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Counter Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by applying your automotive parts knowledge and collaborating with technology to support our fleet customers
  • Liaising with management and technicians to ensure that customer needs are met and delivering accurate information and genuine components to our clients
  • Meeting customer requirements and displaying enthusiasm and high energy at work
  • Obtaining accurate information and obtaining genuine components, swiftly informing clients of their current availability

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful as a Customer Counter Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus, with a willingness to grasp new concepts
  • A certification of High School Diploma or GED, and additional educational background in technical or trade schools can improve the likelihood of being selected
  • Astute at expressing ideas and thoughts comprehensively in both written and spoken forms
  • Showing the aptitude to function proficiently in a retail context, including the unique surroundings of an airport
  • Aspirants with experience or passion for the automotive industry, heavy machinery, or similar areas are more likely to succeed
  • Understanding cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems can be of great advantage
