Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
- Optimally listening to customers, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, and actively searching for solutions to problems
- Making quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
- Consistently selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
- Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Embracing a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing safety and security, and demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and colleagues
- Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
- A commitment to safety and security, with a focus on protecting personal data and maintaining a secure work environment
- The ability to work flexible hours, including PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off (likely midweek)
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and making a meaningful impact on people's lives
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- One year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service
- Spanish language fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual customers and colleagues
- A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
