Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, which is essential for providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and print files, when required
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, additional certification in Office Management or related fields is preferred. If you have experience working with data management software or have a background in healthcare, we encourage you to highlight this in your application.
