  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents and ensuring its accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
  • Generating reports as required, using our data analytics tools and software

  • Handling additional tasks as required, such as data cleaning, data validation, and data quality assurance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and speed (at least 40 words per minute)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using our proprietary systems and software
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer, with the necessary hardware and software requirements to perform the job duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business administration, computer science, or information technology) being a plus but not required
