Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
• Assisting customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner
• Offering guidance on travel policies, baggage allowances, and other arenaflex services
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by consistently delivering high-quality service

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

• Strong written communication skills
• Proficient in using live chat software and familiar with digital communication tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
