Job Summary

As a Disney Social Media Customer Support representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex across various social media platforms. You'll engage with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and friendly manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media dynamics, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a magical customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex's social media channels, providing timely and friendly resolutions

  • Monitor and engage with social media communities, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty
  • Identify and report trending issues or potential crises to the appropriate teams, ensuring swift and effective responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective social media strategies, aligning with arenaflex's brand values and messaging
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions, ensuring accurate and informed responses
  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and social media trends, informing future strategy and improvement
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all social media interactions, reflecting arenaflex's values and personality

Requirements

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • In-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and brand values, with a passion for the Disney brand
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, with experience in social media management or customer service
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with poise and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or social media management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a focus on social media, customer service, or a related field
