Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional service and support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring seamless communication across departments
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service, including sales, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
