Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our databases. You'll be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Inputting data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

  • Typing in data provided directly from customers
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating existing data
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position

  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or equivalent position is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)

  • Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
