  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring they understand their benefits and coverage
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
