Job Summary:

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You'll resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, and generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective functionalities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Experience:

+ Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred. + Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or social media management.
