Job Summary
As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for generating monthly and daily inventory reports, assisting with data review and consolidation activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data analysis
- Assist the Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare reporting requests and ensure seamless data exchange
- Support the Controller with month-end closures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform various data review and consolidation activities to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
* Educational background in accounting or a related field (a plus)
- 1 year of related experience in data entry, inventory management, or a similar field
- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
