Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and increase revenue
  • Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

* Call customers from prior day for quality check

  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Conscientious, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Clear background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
