  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on chat support preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer-based communication tools and familiarity with customer support software. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
