Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services via online chat, including appointment scheduling and lead generation
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have the information they need to follow up with customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our dealer clients improve their online presence
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues and concerns, ensuring that our dealer clients receive the support they need to succeed
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Possess gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus!)
