Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identifying/ addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity
• Conducting research of complex/escalated concerns, performing testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments
• Completing projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Interacting with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Collaborating with TD Ameritrade Clearing in our daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners

Evaluation and Review:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing registration agreements or transactions requests for Client/Advisor level exemptions
• Governing responsibilities (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks
• Getting Back Together all over BOS and Fund Business
• Evaluation and interpretation of suitable tax programming and corrections of tax coding
• Complication Handling
• Internal/External device improvements or issues
• Source of ruptures between TDA, the Fund, etc
• Providing method or technology service choices to Control
• Remediating transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company
• Customer or Business Partner Service
• Answering service companion questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Supplying action on Alternative Investment transactions to quicken the client request or remediate not in good order concerns
• Timely and exact conclusion of customer exchanging and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and reconciliation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience with TD Ameritrade and/or financial services industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Experience with tax programming and coding
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Experience with internal/external device improvements or issues
• Certification in data entry or related field
