Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into the arenaflex ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review.
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., whether the issue was resolved or requires a coordinated call with the customer).
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues.
  • Maintaining organization and focus to close out each ticket efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable.
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail.
