Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our accounting and sales departments. You'll be responsible for accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. Your keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads

  • Enter sales data, update accounting records, and maintain CRM database
  • Provide administrative support to accounting and sales departments
  • Utilize computer software and systems to perform tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency with computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
