Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience across our social media platforms. You will engage with our customers to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency in all customer interactions.
  • Analyzing common customer issues and providing feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service tools.
  • Passion for arenaflex's mission and enthusiasm for the electric vehicle industry.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Educational Qualifications

While a degree is not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service.
