Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering data into computer systems with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Validating data for accuracy and completeness, and updating and maintaining database records regularly. * Liaising with other departments to gather necessary information, while preserving the confidentiality of sensitive data. * Adhering to data privacy and security procedures, and assisting with additional administrative duties as required. * Collaborating with peers to ensure data accuracy and upholding our data privacy standards. * Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, while meeting deadlines consistently. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Access to a smartphone and/or personal computer, with fast and reliable internet connectivity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications, with strong typing skills (at least 60 words per minute). * Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with effective organizational and time-management skills. * Skill in maintaining confidentiality, with a strong understanding of data privacy and security procedures. * Ability to meet deadlines consistently, with a high level of productivity and efficiency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
