Our client roster includes NFL Hall of Famers, All-Pros, multiple Super Bowl champions, and top-tier talent across sports and entertainment. We're a lean team, sharp operators, and obsessed with the craft. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with what we're building. Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager, Sports. The Social Media Manager will run social for our roster of athletes and entertainers across four core functions: programming, strategy, creative (video and graphic design), and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading the social calendar & programming for a high profile sports podcast and assisting across the rest of our clients.
- Building social strategy across very different voices and personal brands.
- Cutting short-form video and designing graphics in CapCut, Premiere, and Canva.
- Briefing and managing our creator/editor roster on bigger projects.
- Creating monthly performance recaps.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years managing a sports centered social account.
- Hands-on with CapCut, Premiere, and Canva. Light editing and clean graphics are baseline.
- Sharp instincts for what plays on TikTok, IG, YouTube, and X (each platform requires its own approach)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can read the room and run with it.
- Tapped into sports trends, podcast culture, and the broader social-first content space.
- Track record of using analytics to inform creative decisions.
- Entrepreneur spirit. Solution-oriented. Sharp, hungry, accountable.
Compensation & Schedule
- Remote
- Part-time, up to 30 hrs/week (room to flex up as the business grows)
- $30-35/hr DOE
