The Bureau We produce Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim, and Dallas—putting emerging and established designers, brands, and sponsors on high-impact stages. Each event reaches 3,000–15,000+ in person and millions digitally. The Role Run full-cycle deals with designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands—from first touch to signed contract—while protecting a luxury brand voice. You’ll work a strong inbound stream and run targeted outbound when needed to fill your calendar and hit bigger months. You Will
- Work and close inbound from paid, PR, and social funnels; prioritize same-day first touch.
- Run elite discovery → map goals → match the right Fashion Week package across cities.
- Drive the full cycle: qualify → present → close → handoff with white-glove onboarding.
- Hunt, smartly: execute targeted outbound (up to ~10%) into high-fit designers/sponsors to backfill gaps and drive upsell/multi-event bundles.
- Operate tight in HubSpot: next steps, notes, forecast you can defend.
- Follow up with precision across email/SMS/call/social to maximize show rates and fill inventory.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and partnerships to keep experiences seamless.
