Role Description This is a full-time remote role as an Intake Coordinator, with opportunities to work from home. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing life insurance case files, facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring accuracy of case details, and utilizing medical and insurance terminology to process applications. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth workflows to maintain client satisfaction and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and customer service skills to efficiently interact with stakeholders and resolve inquiries
  • Experience in Case Management with the ability to organize and process multiple client files systematically
  • Familiarity or proficiency in Medical Terminology related to life insurance applications
  • Understanding of the Insurance industry, particularly life insurance processes and terminology
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using technology and software for case tracking is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in a related field is preferred
