Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data in various databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and checks. Generate reports as required to support team operations. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures. Support team members with additional tasks related to data management. Safeguard sensitive information per company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar capacity. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data management software. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills in English. High school diploma or equivalent education; further qualifications are preferred.
