Job Title: Partner – Real Estate & Intellectual Property Location: California (Fully Remote) Billables: No requirement Overview: Our client is actively seeking an experienced Partner-level attorney with a portable book of business of at least $500,000 to join their growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys specializing in Real Estate (litigation and/or transactional) and/or Intellectual Property, including Trademark matters, who are looking for a more flexible and growth-oriented platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business in Real Estate and/or Intellectual Property
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships while expanding your practice
- Handle sophisticated matters including:
- Real estate transactions, disputes, leasing, and development
- Intellectual property matters including trademark prosecution, enforcement, and related litigation
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over your practice
- Contribute to the firm’s overall growth through business development and client retention
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- Demonstrated portable book of business of $500K+
- Significant experience in:
- Real Estate (litigation or transactional), and/or
- Intellectual Property / Trademark law
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$400,000 – $500,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
