I’m Michael Rathman, founder of AdSumo Digital – a specialized Klaviyo agency focused exclusively on eCommerce email marketing. We consistently deliver substantial revenue growth for our clients, typically adding $50,000 to $250,000 in monthly revenue through our email strategies.
Our agency has been experiencing significant growth, which has created an opening for a skilled email marketer to join our close-knit team.

Role Responsibilities:
Running Klaviyo accounts for 7 and 8 figure eCommerce companies. If you have a burning desire for what we teach you, the opportunity for you is limitless. Fluent English is required as you’ll be handling communication and reporting with clients you manage on behalf of AdSumo Digital. Writing high-converting copy for client emails Creating email automations for clients Coming up with and setting up full email campaign plans and strategy Liaising with the creative team to develop high level email creatives in-line with strategy Helping clients understand the best types of offers to run, how to increase average order value/conversion rate, how to run a more healthy eCommerce business, etc Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices of tomorrow through training, research, etc Effectively communicate and collaborate across the Company via Slack, Google Meets. Embody our core culture pillars daily.
Candidate Requirements:
Fully fluent in English Previous experience with copywriting and email marketing. (We strongly believe that skills can be learned with the right personality – so even if you don’t have lots of experience, please don’t hesitate to apply. Culture fit is most important to us!)
