Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members. Handle incoming communications and respond to emails in a timely manner. Maintain an organised digital filing system and manage document preparation. Conduct research and provide relevant information for projects and tasks. Assist with social media content planning and execution as needed. Support project tracking and reporting to ensure deadlines are met. Offer general administrative support as necessary to enhance workflow.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar admin role. Strong proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is preferable. Must have a reliable internet connection and the necessary equipment for remote work.
