About The Role

We are hiring a remote Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role is focused on maintaining clear, professional communication, coordinating internally, and supporting the success of digital advertising campaigns. A background in marketing is helpful but not essential – we’re open to sharp, fast learners with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team Provide timely and articulate responses to client inquiries Join occasional video calls with clients Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Coordinate with the team to ensure client needs are communicated and met Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes Show leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a management role

Preferred Experience And Tools

Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Nice-to-have Experience With Tools Like

Wave Apps Go High Level Agency Analytics Monday.com Hubspot Previous digital agency or marketing experience is a plus but not required

Requirements

Fluent, professional English communication Based in SA Own necessary tech ( laptop,webcam and headset) Reliable internet and backup power supply Proactive, accountable and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

$1500-$2500 USD/month based on experience Opportunities for bonuses and pay increases tied to performance Flexible public holiday options (US or South African calendar)
