The Role
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to join our internal team. This is not a client-facing placement. You’ll be part of our core operations, working with our leadership, operations, marketing, and recruiting teams to support critical tasks and streamline workflows.
You don’t need to be an expert in anything yet. We’ll train you and help you grow. What matters most is that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are highly reliable, and can work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
We’ll evaluate your strengths and interests during onboarding, then assign you to the team or projects where you can make the biggest impact.
What You’ll Do
Handle internal admin tasks such as scheduling, inbox management, and data entry Communicate clearly and professionally with team members via email, chat, and Zoom Support operations, marketing, recruiting, or leadership with project-based tasks Manage spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems Follow and improve internal processes and documentation Take ownership of tasks and follow through with little oversight Learn quickly and take initiative to solve problems as they come up Work closely with a direct manager and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English Prior remote work experience preferred Reliable internet connection and home office setup Ability to work full-time during US business hours (some flexibility available) No degree or certifications required A positive attitude and willingness to learn
