Description Community Engagement & Member Success (40%) Welcome and onboard new members with a personalized approach Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries and needs Proactively engage with members to foster meaningful connections Monitor and maintain community health metrics Create and implement member retention strategies
Content Management & Communication (30%) Create weekly community digest emails and in-platform summaries Edit and repurpose live stream content for community engagement Coordinate with designers on promotional materials for new offerings Collect and curate member questions for upcoming live streams Maintain a content calendar for consistent community engagement
Growth & Revenue Generation (30%) Guide free-tier members through the upgrade journey to our Premium tier ($399/year) Identify and act on opportunities to showcase Premium benefits Track and optimize conversion rates from free to paid memberships Develop and implement member upgrade campaigns
Requirements Essential Qualifications Proven experience in community management, customer success, or related field Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities with experience in project management Proficiency in community management and content creation tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Technical Skills Experience with community platforms (specify which ones you use) Proficiency in content management systems Basic video editing capabilities Familiarity with email marketing platforms Understanding of analytics and reporting tools
