Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials
- Participating in online focus groups and opinion panels
- Conducting product testing and providing feedback
- Working on a variety of projects, including market research, customer satisfaction, and product development
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work
- Communicating effectively with our team and clients
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong internet connection and a mobile device or computer
- The ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to read, write, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
- Current USA resident
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is a plus, as it will help you stay organized and efficient in your work.
