Your primary goal will be to search for and submit job applications for specific roles, providing accurate and timely information to our team. Key Responsibilities: * Search high-quality job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and BuiltIn, for specific job titles provided by our team * Paste the URL for the job and provide other essential details, such as location, pay, company name, and more, in a shared Google Sheet * Apply for positions using our team's email address, resume information, and answer any other Q&A using the provided information * Provide the date and time of submitting each application in the shared Google Sheet * Meet or exceed our application submission targets, with a minimum of 3 roles + applications per hour, and a bonus rate of $40 per hour for 4+ relevant applications submitted Essential Qualifications: * 1+ year of experience in data entry, research, or a related field * Excellent research skills, with the ability to find and apply for job openings efficiently * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Proficiency in Google Sheets and other productivity tools * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the software engineering or tech industry * Familiarity with job search platforms and application processes * Strong understanding of Google Sheets and other productivity tools * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies: * Excellent research and analytical skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Google Sheets and other productivity tools * Strong understanding of job search platforms and application processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: As a Job Application Coordinator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
