Key Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues
- Answering questions over email, phone calls, and live video calls
- Finding ways to go above and beyond to help customers
About You:
* Empathy and patience are essential for this role, as you'll be working with customers who may be experiencing technical issues or have questions about our product.
- A curiosity-driven and problem-solving mindset will help you navigate complex customer issues and find creative solutions.
- Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role is highly desirable, as is a strong analytical background, particularly in math and numbers-heavy products.
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is also highly desirable.
- Familiarity with support/service software, such as Zohodesk, is a plus.
Must-Haves:
* Primary fluency in verbal and written communication skills in German is mandatory for this role.
