Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Entering customer information into our database with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating records as needed
  • Assisting in data collection and organization for various projects
  • Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables
  • Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

While not required, experience with the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with pivot tables in Excel
  • Previous customer service experience
