Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
- Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
- Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
Position Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
- Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
