Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Moderation Specialist

Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a positive and respectful environment for all members. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who can work independently to manage our official Discord server. Your primary duties will include:

• Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
• Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
• Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
• Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and moderation policies

Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate chat conversations to ensure they remain respectful and adhere to our community guidelines

• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and positive environment for all members
• Investigate and resolve conflicts or issues that arise in the chat
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and moderation policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and rules, and ensure they are enforced consistently

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules consistently
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
