We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to lead our Specialty Pharmacy Operations team. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analytics Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all specialty pharmacy operations, including compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making, including quarterly business surveys and financial reporting.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and clients.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science.
• At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting, with a strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data management systems, such as data warehouses or data lakes.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as data science or business administration.
• Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, or C++.
• Familiarity with data extraction, data mining, data profiling, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
