Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
- Providing an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best resolution for the customer
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
- Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
