Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Generating monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data analysis
• Providing exceptional support to our Back Office and Sales teams on inventory and production-related inquiries
• Collaborating with our CFO to address reporting requests and ensure seamless data management
• Assisting our Controller with month-end closures to maintain accurate financial records
• Conducting various data review and consolidation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong educational background in accounting (or a related field)
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong arithmetic and mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately manage data and perform calculations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working with cloud-based applications and software
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
