Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met. This role requires strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask and move quickly. Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identify document types based on provided documentation
- Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interact with other staff as needed
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
- Complete all tasks for the day
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and move quickly
- High attention to detail while being efficient
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
- Proficient in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused and on-task
- Experience in data entry or similar roles preferred
Education Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $12 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time and full-time openings available, with a preference for full-time (minimum of 20 hours per week required)
- Shifts: Available shifts vary between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday
