Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize our customer support software to track and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide guidance on our products and services, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
