Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, building trust and confidence with every interaction
- Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the customer
- Demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every interaction
- Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to stay ahead of the curve
- Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Certification in sales or customer service, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
