Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Standing Orders: Setting up initial standing orders for customers, maintaining existing orders, and making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Exception Processing: Processing exceptions into the Case module, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, and reshipping items as required.
  • Freight Claims: Processing freight claims, resolving disputes with carriers, and filing claim paperwork.
  • Compliance: Adhering to arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, attending scheduled meetings, and following all safety guidelines and policies.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment, preferably in a tangible goods industry.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* ERP Experience: Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Behaviors: Detail-oriented, dedicated, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
