What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer and client service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Managing documentation, including account statements and invoices
  • Processing refunds and adjustments, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place
  • Assisting customers with navigating the customer portal and resolving technical issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or Account Manager in the financial services banking or related industry
  • Associate's degree in business, communications, or social science
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Experienced in Salesforce and Dialpad
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science
  • Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry
  • Bilingual in Spanish
