Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality multi-channel support to customers, including phone, chat, email, social media, and US mail
- Resolving problems and issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing department tools, resources, and expertise
- Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives
- Ensuring productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Using courteous and professional language to communicate with customers
- Working effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Creating win-win resolutions to problems and issues
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume call center environment
- Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
- Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
- Critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and adaptable abilities
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to connect hardwire/ethernet; no hotspots/WIFI
- Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
- Ability to commit to a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
