Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our clients, greeting callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, accurately understanding and addressing their inquiries, and transferring calls or taking messages as needed using our state-of-the-art call processing system. You'll also receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs and provide timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional and efficient support to arenaflex clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, accurately understand and address their inquiries
  • Transfer calls or take messages as needed using our state-of-the-art call processing system
  • Receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs and provide timely assistance
  • Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in English with strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Computer-savvy and comfortable working in a Windows-based environment
  • Reliable internet connection (meeting our speed test requirements)
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection required
  • Ability to use a USB headset with microphone (wireless not allowed)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish or French

  • Experience with call center software and technology
  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour

  • Part-time schedule, approximately 19.5 hours per week

Shifts Offered

* Part-time: Approximately 19.5 hours per week

  • 6-day workweek
  • 3-hour shifts scheduled between 4 PM and 11 PM EST, Monday-Friday
  • One weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday) between 8 AM-2:30 PM or 6 PM-12 AM
  • Set schedules. Know when you are working!
  • Holiday work is required
