Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing support to our clients by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their healthcare plans. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from clients and respond to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about healthcare plans, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
