Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred but not required
