Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone. You will be the face of our company, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing detailed information about products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • No prior experience required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential
